Sibiu

Bună Bună friends and family!

I moved to Iași, a city în the East of România! It's much bigger than Sibiu! The ride here was hectic. We put all our luggage on the train before realizing we didn't have the keys to our new apartment, and had to take everything off, and then everything back on again when an elder ran the keys to us two minutes before the train left. Our air conditioning broke, people were yelling and standing in the isle to cool down. A drunk man sat by us and exploding his beer everywhere. We then trudged our suitcases in the pouring rain. I thought I could escape 6 hour train rides seem to be my fate.

Thankfully after all that we made it safely and we made a new friend on the train, whom we had a lesson with the very next day.

I don't have the words to say how much I love the little city of Sibiu. I've fallen in love with the people here. I cannot wait to see them again in the near future. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that the people here have been waiting for me, and I've been waiting for them. It's not by chance we've met, but by the grace of our Savior. I have so much thanks for my friends and family in Sibiu, and my Savior for placing me here at this time. I'm so grateful to have served around such wonderful missionaries as well. I've truly learned so so much from everybody here.
