MTC is Straight Chillin

My companion, Sora Hansen, says "straight chillin" literally all the time. So obviously we all say it now. Cause we are all followers. Sorry mom.

MTC is pretty fun. I lost my phone on the first day. ROOKIE MISTAKE. The showers are a little too communal. Our room is SO hot, it is like a sauna so we are all DRENCHED in sweat when we wake up. But Sora Dabo's mom is sending a box fan so we will only have to tarry a little while longer.

Sora Hansen brought a mini soccer ball so we play in the hallways between classes and there have been so many close calls because technically it's contraband. But we are ball masters so we will never be caught.

We went to the temple and the endowments changed!! I loved it and I was more prepared this time. I feel like at the end I could pray so clearly. I knew exactly what I wanted to say and the contents of my heart. I prayed for a long time.

The spirit is stronger here. As I read the scriptures, the meaning is so clear and I am beginning to understand how to apply the teachings in the smallest circumstances.
